Living TV: Four Weddings

fourweddings

We’ve recently been working with Monterosa again, to design and build this realtime rating application for the new TV show “Four Weddings” on Living TV.

The application is built in flash and uses monterosa EnMasse platform for handling realtime data. It allows viewers to vote on each aspect of the brides weddings, whilst watching along with the show.

The application is available between 9pm and 10pm on Monday nights, for the duration of the series.

SwapitShop Ad Builder Tool

adbuilder

In 2008 we built this application for an online swf web ad generator for SwapitShop.

SwapitShop were looking for an app which would enable their users to build animate web ads for different promotions.

We built the core of the app using flash, and then used MTASC and swfmill to handle the back end processing of the user generated adverts, to enable swf files to be generated server side.

The application allows users to position, colour, layer and animate objects and fonts on a timeline.

123WebTV

123webtv1

In 2008, Snasdell Media, was asked to develop the user interface, visual identity and site design for 123WebTV, an online search engine for ‘legal’ video and TV content on the web.

The brief was to create an experience that would be simple and friendly to non-tech-savvy-users, and would present the listings in a clear and easy to browse format, and which would echo a traditional TV EPG.

We we’re later asked to design and build a series of widgets for various systems, including Facebook, iGoogle, Mac Dashboard and Windows Vista Sidebar.

123WebTV was founded by Ian West, a former Managing Director at Sky and Lesley Mackenzie, former CEO for Kangaroo and BSkyB’s former Director of Channels and Operations.

Since its launch 123WebTV is now attracting over 100,000 unique monthly UK visitors.
